Return Policy :All sales are final but you may receive E-Credit for any merchandise that you are not satisfied with. An E-Credit may be used towards any purchase made online with an exception to Gift Cards. E-Credits may not be used towards the purchase of a gift card, are not valid on previous purchases and expire 90 days after the issue date. All items that you wish to return must be received by Roxana Terry Inc within 30 days of the date the package was received by the customer, based on postal tracking. All merchandise must have the tags attached and be in the new and unused condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.* Merchandise can only be returned via mail and may not be returned in person at a Roxana Terry office. Please note that this Return Policy applies only for online purchases .
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed you may not cancel an order. In rare circumstances you may be able to stop shipping by contacting Roxana Terry’s Customer Service department M-F, 9 to 5pm PST at 310 995 7556. THIS DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the order will be cancelled. Roxana Terry INC does not accept any form of cancellations by email.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
If you select one of the SIGNATURE REQUIRED boxes (an option located at the end of the checkout process) the shipping procedure will be the following
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I authorize Roxana Terry inc to deliver my package with no signature required. I understand that once the package is shipped, it is the recipient’s responsibility to track and obtain the package. All orders sent out by Roxana Terry inc are insured through UPS. This is not an option on orders over $500.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I authorize Roxana Terry inc to deliver my package with a signature required. I understand that once the package is shipped, it is the recipient’s responsibility to be available to accept the package. If the package is not accepted on the third delivery, the recipient will be charged a new delivery fee to reship the merchandise. All orders over $500 must be shipped with a signature required.
If neither box is selected at the end of the transaction then all orders over $200 will automatically be shipped with a SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Orders $200 or below will be shipped with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES BY MAIL:
- Complete the Return Form by listing the return reason code and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Please indicate the item you are returning by placing a check mark on the return box.
- Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form . Please note that all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.
- Mail package to: Roxana Terry Inc. Attn: Web Return.
- When returning by mail, allow 3 to 4 weeks from the shipping date to receive your e-credit. E-Credits may be used only for purchases made online.
*If Roxana Terry inc shipped an item(s) that was different from the Original Invoice or was damaged when you received it and you would like a refund or to exchange the item(s), please contact customer service and we will gladly refund your shipping costs for that item(s) and issue a mailing label to send back merchandise. In addition, if you would like to return the merchandise, we will give you a full refund by the method of payment used for the purchase.
